Director Nomination

In accordance with the Company’s Constitution Messrs Mike Russell and Alan Thompson retire as Directors by rotation at the 2019 Annual Meeting.

Prospective nominees to contest these seats on the Board of Directors are advised of the following requirements contained in Clause 23 of the Company’s Constitution, view here.

Associate Director Program 

The MG Associate Director role is designed for shareholders, their families and related parties who aspire to director-level roles and to develop potential future MG Board Members.

It allows an associate director to gain valuable experience by having a seat at the Board table for up to a 12-month period.
